Come along to meet other parents\/grandparents. There will be a general warm up and then some chair yoga – both sitting, and standing using the chair for support.<\/p>\n

For some fun for the last 10 minutes, I usually teach some basic dance moves for people to embrace their inner ‘Strictly’!<\/p>\n

Emphasis is on an enjoyable, no pressure, non-judgemental environment for people to improve their fitness levels for health benefits. No need to book, just turn up.<\/p>\n

Whether you’re just starting out or are well established in your practice, you’re very welcome to join us.

Expect a relaxed morning of conversation, connection and updates from the OUTSIDE team, plus refreshments, fresh cake and plenty of time to chat\u00a0\"\u2615\"<\/span>
